Lawyer Koji Hayakawa,born in 1987, had studied at Tokyo Gakugei University Senior High School and the Law Department of Tokyo University. He further studied at Tokyo University Law School. After graduation of the Law School, he passed the National Bar Examination in 2013 and was qualified in 2014.
